Born in the Queensland city of Rockhampton, Terry's student days led to a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Queensland. He has also completed a Graduate Diploma of Management from the University of New South Wales.

Terry joined Cerebos in August 2006 after eight years at Unilever. His experience includes areas such as customer development, category management, and marketing.

As General Manager Sales and Marketing (Australia), Terry is responsible for leading our Australian Marketing team, Retail and Foodservice sales teams and the Innovation Projetcs team.His main focus since joining Cerebos has been to develop even stronger partnerships with our customers, bring new talent into Cerebos, and build skills and capabilities within his teams. It's part of a wider strategy for successfully implementing our exciting plans for growth, now and into the future.

Terry is married with two children and he enjoys spending time with family, keeping fit, and catching up with his mates for a beer.
