Hailing from Penrith NSW, Roger was the National Logistics Manager for an aluminium company before taking up his current position with Cerebos in 2005.

Continuous improvement is something that appeals to Roger. He enjoys the opportunity that manufacturing management provides to clearly demonstrate the benefits of putting business theories into practice. Taming multiple variables in order to provide excellent customer service, while continually looking at opportunities to reduce investment in inventory, is a challenge he looks forward to everyday. Turning down the option to round up cattle by helicopter, Roger chose instead to come to Cerebos. He now herds beasts with names like supplier performance, sales forecast, shipping delay and new product launches, into a cohesive supply line that keeps moving to schedule and in the right direction.

The theme of managing a moving feast continues after work as Roger, a married father of four, enjoys a family life that's somewhere between an adventure, a party and a sporting event. As hands-on parents, Roger and his wife enjoy coaching and managing their kids' sports teams. Roger put in a six-year stint as a junior soccer coach and more recently, he returned to playing and coaching basketball with his children. In the spare time that's left, Roger pedals with passion on road and mountain bikes.
