A Sydney-sider from birth, Rob graduated from university and joined the professional services firm Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) reaching senior management level. In 1997 he moved to a client company, Cerebos.

Rob is motivated and energised by the challenge, variety and pace of working in a multinational FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) organisation. He strongly believes that people are often the source of real advantage in today's intensely competitive environment. In his role at Cerebos, he is actively involved in delivering our business strategy while ensuring we maintain strong governance standards.

Away from work, Rob enjoys spending time with his family of four children and the many challenges and pleasures that this brings. In winter he and his boys like following their beloved Parramatta Eels while in summer its cricket and time at the beach.
