Educated in material science, Lisa began her career with a cadetship at James Hardie. Her understanding of materials and their application led to roles in the packaging industry.

Today she enjoys the challenges of developing increasingly innovative packaging for the wide range of Cerebos products.

Lisa understands the vital role that packaging plays in the success of any product. In a crowded marketplace, consumer-centred packaging can substantially increase product use and marketability. Her role is to create the technical link which allows a new concept or idea to become a reality, a physical product that consumers love to use. You could say she makes dreams come true.

There's no shortage of coffee lovers at Cerebos, and Lisa can often be found honing her barista skills in a cloud of steam behind the office espresso machine. Her afternoon round of lattes is a welcome treat for colleagues in need of an afternoon fix. In the weekends, when not at home renovating her house, Lisa can often be found competing with her two dogs in the sport of agility. That's competing with, not competing against.
