The fast-moving consumer goods industry has provided Andrew with challenge, opportunity, reward and variety for his entire career. Life and work have led him to two Australian states, New Zealand and around the world to the UK.
Before joining Cerebos in February 2007, Andrew made some functional leaps of faith from finance, to business strategy and category management roles and now to a senior management role in customer sales. He brought with him significant experience in developing joint category plans with retailers, sales forecasting, spend analysis, trade marketing, and successfully managing the implementation of key activities. As National Sales Manager, Andrew is responsible for leading the acceleration of our growth in retail sales. Always up for a challenge, he describes himself as a competitive individual who enjoys a good negotiation and a strategic discussion.
Away from work, he finds endorphin induced happiness in swimming or running and enjoys a few beers at the rugby with his friends. Once an avid rugby player, three knee reconstructions have relegated him permanently to the sideline. But he's still able to give the ref plenty of advice.
